The American Bar Association presents "Current Issues in ERISA Litigation" featuring , Jose Jara (Fox Rothschild LLP), Howard Shapiro (Jackson Lewis P.C.), Michelle C. Yau (Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC) and Henry Talavera (Polsinelli).

The panel will present where we are today on ERISA litigation issues from both the plaintiff's and defendant's perspective. The panel will discuss the current case law relating to excessive fee cases, the validity of arbitration provisions, cybercrimes relating to theft of plan assets and data, and the use of forfeitures to reduce employer contributions.
