ACC New Jersey: Managing Labor Issues in the Union and Non-Union Workplace

This program will address the challenges management faces when managing a unionized workforce, including ensuring discipline is supported by “just cause,” understanding how the CBA can tie management’s hands when reacting to business changes and avoiding unfair labor practice charges that can lead to costly NLRB investigations and litigation.
