Brad Kushner is a principal in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Known for his responsive, practical approach, Brad helps employers protect their businesses through strategic employment litigation defense and proactive workplace counsel.

A significant part of Brad’s practice focuses on workplace safety and health matters. Brad advises employers on compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and represents employers before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission. Drawing on his experience with workplace safety and health regulations, Brad helps employers respond to inspections and enforcement actions, address workplace incidents, strengthen safety programs, and manage compliance obligations. His business-focused approach helps clients reduce risk while maintaining safe and productive workplaces.

Brad’s practice also includes defending employers against wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws, as well as claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and state anti-discrimination laws. Brad also represents companies and individuals in disputes involving restrictive covenant agreements, trade secrets, and unfair competition claims, helping clients protect valuable business interests and confidential information.

Outside of the office, Brad serves as a board member and volunteer attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates, providing legal representation and social service advocacy for abused and neglected children in Philadelphia.
