This interactive seminar will provide employers with an understanding of privacy concerns in the workplace. Employers in our rapidly changing technological world must balance employees expectations of workplace privacy with the rights of employers to protect the workplace. Topics will include hiring, monitoring of computers, drug and alcohol policies, off-duty issues , medical leaves of absence and social media issues.
